11.1 This Agreement shall be deemed terminated when the tasks referred to in Section 2 of this Agreement are completed. This agreement is entered into between Mr. _______ hereinafter referred to as “the applicant” and Mr. RABIH KAZZI of The Canadian Office for Immigration Services Inc., whose registered office is at 1805 Sauvé St. West, suite 307, Montréal, Québec, Canada, hereinafter referred to as “the counsellor”. The applicant declares that he or she is responsible for the advisor to take care of his or her application and all necessary forms and presentations regarding his or her immigration to Canada. If the applicant does not obtain a permanent residence visa, the Counsellor agrees to reimburse the applicant`s fees in full. The parties agree that they have expressly requested that this agreement be drafted in English. .
