If you are a seller PayPal from mainland China (i.e. You have listed mainland China as your country or region when you sign up for an account PayPal) if you repay (partially or totally) a transaction to a buyer or a donation to a donation, we will keep the fixed share of the fees you paid as a seller. The amount of the refunded payment will be deducted from your account PayPal. We may suspend your right to PayPal protection of the seller if it is linked to another account or linked to the seller that has been blocked. We consider you a “corporate customer” if, on the date you entered into this user agreement, you cannot: PayPal suspension and termination rights. PayPal reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to suspend or terminate the employment agreement, access or use of their sites, software, systems (including all networks and servers, which are used to provide any of the services PayPal) that are operated by us or on our behalf or for certain or PayPal services, at any time after notification: (i) if you violate this user agreement, the PayPal of the User Directive, trade agreements (as you do) or any other agreement between you and PayPal, or (ii) if, reasonably, we decide to do so for other circumstances. Our provision is final and binding, unless it is a clear error or bad faith. Once this user agreement is complete, PayPal will be required to pay unlimited funds held in your PayPal. If the booking is in a currency that is not in the table, a confirmation of signature is required if the payment exceeds the $750 counter-value at the exchange rate PayPal in effect at the time of booking processing. You acknowledge and accept that all funds held under this user agreement may be placed in your reserve account and that you will provide us with all the information we can reasonably request to determine if the risk was present. We may, at our discretion and in accordance with regulatory obligations, limit the amount of funds you can send, including the funds you send to make your purchases.

You can view any broadcast limit by logging into your PayPal account. We can increase your emission limits if you take the same steps to verify your information as is necessary to remove the limits. If you have a PayPal, you can withdraw an amount by transferring it to your nominated source of financing related to your PayPal account, as we can allow from time to time.
