Box Data Processing Agreement

E. As stated in our privacy policy, the customer agrees that Databox will charge subcontractors for the processing of the customer`s personal data for the purpose of providing products and services for which we have a contract, provided that Databox provides an up-to-date list of its subcontractors, which it updates at least 10 days prior to the change with details of the changes to the subprocessors; and (b) Databox will impose privacy rules on any subprocessor with which it operates, if necessary to protect the customer`s personal data according to the standard required by the RGPD. The customer may object to the ordering or replacement of Databox, provided that this objection is based on reasonable data protection reasons. In this case, Databox will not name or replace the subprocessor, or if this is not possible, the customer may suspend or terminate the Relevant Databox service. A list of Databox`s current subcontractors is listed in Schedule A.
